 79,6kg " + " yeah, seems all that stress from workshop today made to not let go lots of stuff, its alright.
 I slept very deep and well tonight, dont remember any dreams. In the morning straight for morning mini-exercise.
 I) I had not enough time for whole morning exercise before I had to go (and I did not wanted to wake up earlier then 6am...) so I did 2 10minutes blocks. In first I did Sun Salutations - its hard to start a day without this kind of exercise, its so vital to move the body straight at the morning and stretch whole body as well, SS is just perfect fit for me for this task. great as always.
 Second block I was dancing, enjoying life coming into my body. Good preparation for today as well :)
 II) Almost whole day took my workshop. It was gargantual step in my life to make this happening, it was year long process to make it happen and Im happy I gave that time to it, it was totally necessary and good, I wasnt waiting for "perfect time" just until it happens naturally without pushing and it did clicket so miracleously that it was unbelievable. So many small miracles happened, all clicked perfectly, some small things even without giving it a single thought. Even mistakes I made played for perfect going of the workshop and for good of participants.
 We were dancing a lot, playing with being here and now in different situations and different connections with different partners. Whole workshop was very intensive for body, heart and soul as well, I believe every participant got into space where he or she never been before and it was great to see it.
 For me was greatest contact improvisation both to dance and watch.
 I had totally great feeling from workshop, that it happened exactly as it have to and that it was totally good thing to do and I definitely want to do it again, not exactly same, but similar.

 In the end of the day I was totally fruited out, it was very exhausting to keep all energies during workshop working and in harmony. But definitely one of richest days in my life. I learned so much today. And it was so beautiful! Amazing day, wish you all to have as many days like this as possible. Ohm many padme hum.
