11.7.2013 Hindu day!

?? Weight
I slept again very deep and dreamless. And in the morning straight for morning exercise.
 I) I was crazy sleepy today morning, it took me a lot to do it all, today it was more about dedicating that time to exercises.
First I did Sun Salutation for 10 minutes, it went tough, but it was really good to do it as always. I did both holds in positions and dynamic to simply make my being moving. After that I did 10 minutes Udianabandha, but I could focus only so poorly, that it has no real effect, a bit yes, but not much. At one point I found myself totally out of exercise and had to brought myself back on all levels. Then I did ABS and belly exercises, at least this part I did fully and I felt my muscles in belly very good. For the rest of time (about 15 minutes) I was dancing and I could enjoy this, I always feel how good and healthy it is for me.
II) Then I went on my epic travel to Shri Vallabh Nidhi Temple in Wembley - beautiful temple. Great place, wonderful traditions, true believers all around. I went inside, took my sneakers off, made ritual with pouring milk and water on shiva linga. They had really huge Shiva Linga there, beautiful with lots of decorations, it was so much different from that cold christian tradition in St.Paul's yesterday. It was even quite sexual, not in exitement way, more like, you could feel how is sexuality in this tradition simply natural part of live and having as important role as it has in our life - so quite huge role! Anyhow... then I went inside of the temple and bow to many deities there and then spend lots of time praying in the middle, and percieving atmosphere and energy of the place. It was amazing time. And then true miracle happen.
I went out to make some more photos and one guy in the car waved on me to come to him and he was like "Im here with 3 friends going around the temples, if you want to come with us, we take you". And I was a bit like... you know... to go around london with 3 completely strangers, indians... but i decided to ake a risk, because I felt guy good and they took me to another temple. It was more dedicated to Shiva then to Hare Crishna way as the last one. Again these amazing traditions and you could watch believers there how they behave and act and it was so huge difference from Christians, you could see the true in theyr believes, they wasnt bound to any priest or ceremony, they just prayed because they felt like and in the way they felt like, they brought gifts and good wishes. And even afterwards we went to big room where anyone could come and get free lunch! And what a lunch! Vegetarien, wonderful meal with all what healthy and complete food should have, it was like a miracle to have proper food from total strangers on place where I got just by cooperation of many coincidences. Great company and great event, it made me want to share anything i can with others, just for the sake of giving. But in this tradition on this day (only at thursdays!) you are not allowed to give,m you can just recieve this food, its so wonderful feeling. I felt for the rest of the day, that this changed something in me. I cant say what yet, but it did.
And now, how I got there? First, my brother in law told me about this place on the way from airport, I had no idea about such temples in London, then at wednesday I bough by accident ticket for whole day for thursday, but I did not originally planed to go with tube at thursday so I even asked my sis to change it for other day, but office was close so it wasnt possible to change it so I had to use it at Thursday. Then we found I can come to that temple just by tube and we dont need to go with a car and my Brother in law wasnt so keen to go there so in the end I went by tube there alone. If I would come with my brother in law I would most likely not get into contact with those 3 indians and / or could not go with them with theyr car! Simply - everything since I come to London played that I could meet those 3 kings and go with them to that other temple to witness this amazing tradition and experience something such extraordinary. Fact, that this could also happen just on thursday since it is special day in this tradition is just a cherry on the top. It as very special meeting full of miracles and Im so grateful to life and everything to experience this, very special.
And they even brought me back afterwards so I could make more photos of Shri Vallabh Nidhi and then go home again.
III) In the evening I met one other member of my family who lives in London and we went for a walk and talk so I had a lot of walking today again and lots of wonderful meetings :)

What a day! long, full, exhausting, thrilling, full of meetings and events and places. Im so grateful for today, it felt like week of time happened in just today. Ohm mani padme hum.
