1.9.2013 - Contact Improvisation workshop!

78kg " -- " I lost 1,7kg yesterday... like.. whow, I dont need any other proof that workshop worked very well :P
 I slept very poor, it was simply so much happening in me, that I could not fall asleep. In the end I did, but I slept maybe 2, 3 hours and woke up and there was no way to fall asleep again. And no, dont remember any dreams, hehe :) In the morning I did again mini exercises.
 I) Starting again with Sun Salutations for 10 minutes, again next step in changing my way of Sun Salutation. Its slowly forming into working set, just feel it needs a bit more. Anyway, great stretching and start as always.
 Then I was dancing again for about 15 minutes. Very necessary, especially before dancing workshop :) Was nice.
 II) I wont write much about workshop I led today. Most I could write is about feelings and uncatchable connections. I guided participats throughout a day to understand theyr bodies and to understand bodies of those they are dancing with. To feel themselves as much as possible, to understand themselves.
 But also how beautiful is to support each other in dancing, how amazing it feels to cooperate in dance, to help the other to do difficult move and to let others help to make my own.
 I myself understood so much today. I feel like something changed in me very much in those 2 days. Something long time stiff and stuck loosed and went away or relaxed into natural state.

 After workshop we went again for short time into nearby restaurant and there continued miracle from workshop - at the end, when official program stopped, we gave healing massage to one of us, who got shoulderblade moved badly and we shared with each other food and goods of ours. 2 apples circled between us and everyone bited a bit and passed on. And in this restaurant we continued in this, totally naturally , without stress or thinking. I felt it very special. Very beautiful.

 And when I come home? Miracle continued. My new flatmate returned from her trip and brought me piece of cake and some good news. I felt so welcomed and gifted by all the love, food, real contact and energies I got today. Its not possible to describe level of Gratitude I felt today to all the people I met and was honored to be in contact with. Thank you all, wonderful beings out there. Wish you all the best guys.
