78,5kg " -- " well, I was v.surprised, its right that love making makes to loose lots of fluids and not just those "sexual liquids", but I felt like this resolving difficulties in our relationship helped something to leave my system too, Im pissing a lot and not just a bit, but always a lot. I experience this usually on days when I learn a lot or is lot of things happening, fixing, changing.
Else I slept good tonight, dont remember any dreams, but I think I had some. In the morning I made it finally and did morning exercise.
I) Starting with 10 minutes of new way Sun Salutations, from 5-1 second holds in reps. Great as ever, especially I felt it great after 2 days of no regular exercises. body stretched, I had this feeling like its being oiled like machine, nice.
I continued with ABS and core exercises, it was felt these non-exercise days. First it went v.nice, but endurance suffered. I did 30 situps, 60secs yoga v-sit, 30 situps, 90secs yoga v-sit, 30 situps an about 30 secs of yoga v-sit. It was extremely rich, I had hard times to continue, but at the same time it was also easy, because I knew that its v.necessary to do so and it felt rich, but v.good.
Then I was 10 minutes biking on stationary bike. 7/30 on level 2 and 2/30 on level 3, v.strong as always. I focused on using my tights most and remove burden and focus from my knees. I feel my knees quite during exercises lately and I have feelings, that its because I do too much with knees, but I should not "work" with knees, its join, not muscle... so I try to focus on other parts of body while doing exercises with legs.
Last about 15 minutes I was dancing, it was v.nice today. I enjoyed it v.much and it was also v.easy to jump into cretivity and pure fun. It was great.
For the rest of the day I did not regular exercises. I spend day with my beloved, we had again some rich, loving and quality sexercises but we was also outside for v.beautiful walk. Today was very nice, sunny day and part of afternoon was totally ok to be just in t-shirt. Which was great, I enjoyed it extremely. Not to mention opportunity to be on a swing quite a while and enjoy this wonderful tool. I dont wonder, that kids love it. Its great, I recommend it :)
Great day today! It wasnt only sunshine and rainbows, but I felt like we can deal with stuff quite fast and pure and for real. And in love. Ohm mani padme hum.
