27.4.2013 - ?? Weight. I slept well and I had GREAT dream. It started very innocent by 2 people looking on the photo where was head of the house talking with 2 people who seems to be on first look wasted, but on second it was clear, that they are tired and dirty from some action. Then dream went on into the picture where those 2 guys told the story about going into some strange tunel following something in the water (water, or river was flowing out of the tunel). That thing in the water was something horrible and terrifying. And there was more then those 2 guys, but only those 2 returned. Well, I dont know what happened to the rest of the group, but the head of the house (I think it was me in 3^rd person view) decided to explore it with his bellowed wife and young son and they all went into tunel.

Then dream focused into the head of the house and it was me in 1^st person now. We went through the tunel and we come to some underground complex. Old, HUUUUGE underground complex, it felt like hiden city from Bioshock computer game and we had some dificulties to find the way in, but at the end we foud hiden key, but somehow it hapend that I stood outside and my ife and son went inside before me and when I arived at the doors I made it in last moment to get in but my bellowed were gone already. Then I started to searching trough the complex, it was old, partialy destroyed complex inhabited by dozens of variable people, agresive, normal, funy, crazy, mix of this all. In one moment I simply got ability to fly so for the rest of dream i was flying through the coridors.

Most important part was when I come into something like HUGE old, mostly abandoned church and I was flying through and looking on people and all the sudden score board flowed in like from basketball and my score started to rise as inhabitants started to see me as a god or something (I knew in the dream it means this, dont ask me why) and then other flying uy showed up, obviously someone who live there for long time and his score started to rise on the board and it was like a fight about vorshipers or something. Remains to add, that I failed after some time, but I didnt realy cared, it was just fun game for me and when I loose I just flew away to further explore the whole complex. Then the dream ended. I had amazing feeling from it and still have, feel every free and great :)

1. Morning exercise went following: Starting with 5 minutes of heating up, traditionaly 10x Sun Salutations and then shadowboxing. Then I did Burpees, today I did 30, which is still not much in my eyes, but its better then yesterday non the less! Then I did belly muscles, today only TM core WO, 5 rounds and surprisingly enough, it took me all 10 minutes today O.o
   After that I did uduanabandha, I felt again a bit distracted today, couzld not realy docus on energy flows, but some work was done anyway.
   At the end I was dancing again, today it was great and I enjoyed it a lot.
2. During the day we did lots of practices and in general it all hapened in lolt of love and compassion. After one session I danced with my love in contact improvisation way and it was soooo beautiful.
3. At the evening we had dancing/being together party. I was dancing a little and time run too fast. I went sleep after midnight.
