22.4.2013 – Slept well. Weight ??. At the morning straight for morning exerise.

1. 1) Starting today with 10 minutes of Sun Salutations. Dynamic way.
   2) Then I was doing Udianabandha for 10 minutes, I had interesting feeling while doing it. I did not felt udianabandha itself as pleasant, but I felt it so helpfull to me that this helpfullness I felt pleasant :) I have had a lot of sexual energy stored which needed to be processed.
   3) Third block I was caring about my belly muscles. On beginning I was doing enhanced version of TM core WO, I could not find the way how to do 1leg/1arm part in the conditions I have been today.
   4) Last about 10 minutes I was dancing. Not much to write, maybe just that dance on fresh air is a bit different. However could not find how to make it totally freely today. New place and all that.
2. Later today we did some practices and it was crazy, because on first practice already my whole systém started to work and react and energies were doing galops. I was about to cry, shout and everything. I felt ocean of love to my bellowed, it was really beautiful.
3. At noon I experienced very strong sensations while having sex. First I had very strong energetical orgasm which manifested for about 10 minutes in different sensations. I felt like something is physically beaing draged through my spine upwards, I felt strong flows upwards my spine that I had to bend my spine because how strong it was. And at the end I had quite scary sensation when we continued having sex. I felt like my whole brain is shortcuted or exploding, it was quite scary for my Shakti and for me as well, ebcause I never eperienced something like that.
4. Afternoon we did practices to move back in time with certain theme of our choice and it was very interesting, I dont have much time here to write so sadly I cant describe it, but I think it will work couple of days till this process finishes in me so its fine.
