I did not morning exercises today, my body was all so painful, that dumped it... I did not slept so well, again v.short and disturbed sleep.
Today workshop was ending. We did last circles and practices and then goodbye circle. Some goodbyes were v.nice and even I know I probably not meet any of these people, it was mostly v.beautiful meetings.
I must say I felt this workshop good, I cant even say why, its somehow my general feeling. I felt like it was worthy to do it and I was happy I could attend with my beloved.
After workshop ended in a whole during afternoon, we went home and spend nice evening together. I must say it made me feel very good to be home again where is room and space to be as I want in our direction.
