Im not sure with weight, I saw 85,6kg, but its not possible, I did absolutely no fault in nutrition and had not motion-less day really, lets see tomorrow.
Else I slept very deep and dreamless. I even slept till 7:30 or something, long time did not happened like this.
I did no morning exercises today, I took free day today. After that healing and quite intensive week I feel taking 1 day off is exactly what I need. So I did and I hope my body could recuperate as much as possible to start again working.
I spend whole day in this strange, maintenance mode where I feel that its happening a lot inside me, even I dont know what and why, just know that its fine and I have to let it work. I just did about 1hr long walk with some shopping, it was very nice, sunny morning today. I read in a bus notice, that its warmest January in last 30 years. Which is nice compensation for last, bloody cold winter :P
