80,4kg " + " - no surprise, I expected it, its always when I eat lots of sweets, but yesterday it was last drop I hope, today I start my new life and that new life is not including sweets, rrrrrrr....
Else I slept well and good and nope, no dreams remembered... in the morning hurray for morning exercises.
I) Starting today with 5 minutes warm up, today I made it to do 10x Sun Salutations and running with head stretches. Then I continued 10 minutes with ABS and core practice. I felt whole area from yesterday very strong and I did random exercises today, what I felt I did not made for long time mostly and some holds in different positions. It felt very rich, could not stand up normally afterwards :P
Next I did 2x 5 minutes sets, first with Burpees, this went better then expected, did 33 of them and felt I could easily make much more... second I did squats, I got nice lesson that I have to care more abot my legs, I made only 50 squats and about 26 jump lunges. Yup, my legs need more attention too.
Last I was dancing for about 20 minutes, I got lots of electronic dance songs today so I wasnt really resting, but it was fine, I felt like - wow, week ago I could not do exercises because of pain in back and today I feel no limitations or pain anymore, after just a week... well, less then a week, i dont feel any problems for 3 days now :) Anyway, it was very nice and joyful.
II) Rest of the day was in the name of traveling and meetings. First I visited battle in Calinesthics in my hometown. It was first event of a kind in my country and I was happy to be there and see guys competing in this beautiful, insanely difficult activity. I saw lots of good performances and some of these guys really deserve respect. One of them was 45y old guy who pulled out amazing set, better then lots of his younger competitors.
Then I went on our family meeting in different city. It was quite worth of the travel in this crazy heat nowdays, I found out that my family have quite deep and intense spiritual tradition, which was quite a surprise for me to find out after 33y. I also understood, that my skills are inherited from my grand, grand dad probably and I heard that he was quite a magician of sorts... well, you dont find out this kind of stuff every day, was quite a process these informations. I want to find out as much as possible from other relatives. I feel important to know background of my family more then anytime before.
And after returning to my hometown I met other friend after very long time who gave me this Vatican bread, some sort of chain mail, but in form of bread, seems interesting. Me baking bread - interesting idea :P
Very full, hot, sauna hot and hot day full of nice, rich meetings. Im very grateful for today, it made me richer again.
