I dont remember anymore correctly what was happening. I could not manage myself into morning exercises. 2 days was raining and was very chilli weather in the morning. 2 days I did no exercises, just program in the camp.I did not even regularly frequented sessions with MT and Elika, but in general I did a lot. Clan duties, help here and there with this and that. I did short treatments to few people, which was really fine.
At 19 MT and Elika left the camp in the evening. They led very nice last session. They are both very much golden people. Especially Elika impressed me very much. Gigantic shining heart she is. But not completely in Love and Light style, shes very nice.
I had interesting contact with one of participants in the camp. Almost deaf, but beautiful, strong woman. It is a big lesson for me, because its very difficult to understand each other and she dont understand English much, shes reading lips mostly. I got few very intense lessons in listening with heart thanks to this woman, Im very grateful for it.
Since 22 is Yoga taking place in the morning, which got me out of latergy exercise-wise. I also started to do more pullups wherever it was possible.
I did also short workshop about looking into eyes of other people. It was very strong. With one participant I had experience, where my kundalini shakti power started up. Normally I would close my eyes and relax into myself, but while Im looking into eyes of sb else I cant close my eyes. So I had great opportunity to try and relax while looking into sb elses eyes and at the same time experience something as powerful as is activated kundaliny shakti. Amazing experience.
I also felt like with every person I was looking into eyes with my heart is opening more and more and its easier and more pleasant to stay in contact.
In the evening of 22 I went to sleep v.early, I was totally exhausted. One couple did interesting theatre workshop which I however more observed then participated in, my whole being was hurting :)
