? W. I slept out today, or I tried to, I woke up before 7 anyway. I did absolutely not exercises today. Just lazy morning with eating sweets and crap and doing all bad habits I have to celebrate my birthday. Yeah, it was great :)
I) Afternoon I went to capital city to attend a Play Party. I spend also about a hour as a tourist which was also nice. Party itself was interesting, but not so much hot, more chilled. I had no expectations, never been on play party like this before. I mean, yeha, I experienced playing sessions many time on tantra workshops, but not in this frame. I felt like people hadnt opportunity to open up before main part started so it was a bit dry and energy did not went really high.
But It was great day I must say, I got many nice wishes from friends and family and in Prag I met people from training and could be outside of my usual cell. Im very happy about today. Ohm mani padme hum.
