?? Weight. Tonight I slept well and deep, dont remember any dreams. Its been long time since alarm woke me up. I sure needed this deep sleep, wasnt so easy to get up :P Dont remember any dreams. And in the morning up for morning exercises.
Notes: Pushups: 4th day = 17x, Headstand: 10:00 (7:00 static, 3:00 acrobatic), contrary to my feelings and against lot of resistance. Very valuable practice.
I) Today I did not though about starting with something else then 10 minutes of Sun Salutations. I was CRAZY stiff and my arms and upper part of body felt terribly. I made only 5-4 and one side with 3 second holds. Whole time I was experiencing cracks in joints how limbs, ribs and big joints returned into theyr respective places. At the 3 sec holds it was much better and I started to feel like oiled machine again.
I continued with 10 minutes of Kata1, I was thinking if to do this after yesterday, but I felt like... yeah, I have to give signal to my body, that it needs to recuperate fast and dont expect long rests all the time. And to my big delight it worked well! After couple of reps I could go on flawlessly and fast so I did 10 reps on each side and 3 more reps with 5 second holds in hard positions. But what surprised me so much was how good it went, no major pains or stiffness parts. I guess Sun Salutations really works miracles.
Then 10 minutes of ABS and core practices, did alternation of v-sits and situps, 30x situp / 1:00 v-sit / 30x situps / 1:30 v-sit / 30x situps / 1:45 v-sit when alarm rung. I hoped to make whole set today, but did nto made it by 15 seconds. Its fine, I put 100% and wasnt holding back anything so I dont regret it. Felt good and rich.
Last I was dancing for about 15 minutes. Today it was surprisingly very joyful and good, I could flow in music v.well and had lots of fun.
I also have to mention that after pushups and triceps extra exercises I experienced energetic orgasms (orgasm without ejaculation and sometimes, like in this case, without erection) today, absolutely unexpected and v. beautiful and strong. What a beautiful gift! I dont know if its because I work with my sexual energy last week or something else. I must say I dont think about it so much. It lasted for about a minute and what was v.nice was the fact, that I could not think at that time, whenever I tried to use my mind it was like trying to break into high-security facility, simply no chance. Great feeling, very relaxing.

II) During a day I had couple of clients, both treatments were quite intensive and deep. Im not sure what causes, that I deal with such a serious topics with clients. Its not stuff like small pains or small bothers, its sometimes topics which makes clients lives really miserable or even life threatening in a long run. Maybe it means Im ready for this stuff so its happening.
Thats about exercises and work. I had also very nice visit in the evening when a friend visited me. I enjoyed it very much I must say, since Im working a lot I dont meet friends much and it was worth to meet this friend instead of going to CI class. Demanding, but great day. Ohm mani padme hum.
