? W. Today I take day off so I slept out. I felt still v. exhausted throughout the day, but I feel it v.natural after such incredibly strong experience as we had on workshop.
Note: 4th pushup day = 17x.
Anyway to joy of my heart, we spend v.beautiful day together with my beloved, both inside, outside, in hug and in love making. Gentleness, joy, fun, rest, love... it was really wonderful...
