?? weight. I slept relatively well tonight and had quite strong and long dream. I had a side job as a manager of small, simple bar near the bus station in my hometown. It felt very strange and line of a dream was like a series of events I experienced during managing this pub. Im guessing about meaning of this dream, but have no clue yet.
Today we did fair morning meditation which includes wild dance and I enjoyed it sooooo much, I felt like I could dance like that for much longer. It was good morning exercise this meditation, but I also did pushup day - 14th day +7 = 25x. And I did also 5-4 second holds of Sun Salutations. Good start. This workshop is quite physically (and also psychically) demanding so I feel it ok to not do full heavy morning exercise.

On a workshop we did preparation rituals. I was very lucky with everything around it, I could explore many states and roles and I felt like I learned a lot. It was v.beautiful day, v.heart opening. Ohm mani padme hum.
