W ?. Tonight I slept well, even went sleep very late. And I spend in the bed good time extra. Was v.beautiful morning. I did no morning exercises, because I went from bed around 10 and then was in one round till the late evening...
I) Today was filming day and I was part of a crew today, along with other participants and assistants. I felt it like new workshop really.... to do such deep practices we did in last days but while being filmed and under special circumstances for good shot. But was also good experience to experience filming itself and how its going during filming. I did scenes for document to "fill the gaps" from actual workshop and also made interview.
I had also duties as workshop assistant, like collect money from people so all together with packing stuff I had no time to rest and almost not even time to eat, very busy day. Combined with saying goodbye to people I get very close and parting, which was emotionally intensive.... was intense.
Way home was smooth, but quite long, over 4 hours and I arrived home very late and v.tired.
Today was one of most intensive, beautiful days in a long time, this shooting and atmosphere after workshop was very special and very new for me. Its very interesting experience.
