? W. Tonight I slept moderatelly, classic tendency of people to go sleep late, because they dont know how it is working in the morning. But Im not annoyed about it, it would keep annoying me for whole life, better have fun with it. And in the morning up for morning execise!

I)Again running! 3rd
day in the row. My legs are not crazy stiff or anything, but I feel them
alright. I got again a bit further on the way. Was listening to Ministry –
Psalm 69, good music for running! Still enjoying it a lot :)
II) Today took place
first full day of workshop, we went already quite deep. Was very intensive day,
connections between people deepened very much. On personal note I realized that
I really love assisting, I dont know if its OK how I do it, but I enjoy it immensely. This care about place and stuff helps me to get more connected with
space and energy of the workshop just like when I lead my own workshop. So its
really amazing to be here.
Wonderful day, in
very loving, close atmosphere. I had wonderful session with few great woman and
it was both loving, pleasant and felt authentic. Ohm mani padme hum
